Meet the Founder

Who Am I? Jamaican Chef, Jermaine (Jerry) was brought up in Portmore Saint Catherine, Jamaica and has been cooking professionally since 2007.  Over these years he has gained most of his experience catering for large numbers, large Institutions, BBQ functions, fish fry, meetings, weddings, parties and repast. These Meals are delivered in one of two ways either pre-packaged or presented in bulk servings for the customer to share.  On Fridays Jerk is provided in the form of Chicken, Rabbit, Pork, Fish, Lobster, Shrimp and Vegan meals.
